At ASOCIATIA ZİFT EDUCATIE ȘI SPORT, we believe that education and personal development go beyond the walls of a classroom. That’s why we are always looking for new ways to engage young people in interactive, inspiring, and impactful activities. Recently, we had the opportunity to organize a dynamic workshop in Iași, bringing together a diverse group of young participants eager to learn, share, and grow.

A Space for Learning and Exchange

The workshop aimed to provide a space where young people could develop essential life skills, engage in meaningful discussions, and connect with like-minded peers. Throughout the sessions, participants explored topics such as personal growth, leadership, and the importance of active citizenship. Through group activities, brainstorming sessions, and hands-on exercises, they had the chance to express their ideas and reflect on their own strengths and aspirations.

Interactive and Engaging Sessions

One of the highlights of the workshop was its interactive approach. Instead of traditional lectures, participants were actively involved in role-playing exercises, problem-solving challenges, and team-based activities. This approach encouraged everyone to step out of their comfort zone, voice their thoughts, and collaborate with others in a supportive environment.

The event also featured guest speakers who shared their experiences in volunteering, social entrepreneurship, and community engagement. Their stories provided valuable insights into the power of initiative and the impact that small actions can have on society. Participants had the chance to ask questions, exchange ideas, and gain inspiration for their own future projects.

Building Connections and New Perspectives

Beyond learning new skills, the workshop was an opportunity to build friendships and strengthen the sense of community among young people. Participants came from different backgrounds, but they all shared a common goal—to grow, contribute, and make a difference.

By the end of the event, many expressed their motivation to take a more active role in their communities, whether through volunteering, launching projects, or participating in future Erasmus+ programs. It was truly rewarding to see the enthusiasm and determination in the room, proving once again that young people have the potential to drive positive change when given the right support and encouragement.
